Project Ujima: (Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin)
[From website] Project Ujima works to stop the cycle of violent crimes through crisis intervention and case management, social and emotional support, youth development and mentoring, and mental health and medical services. We address the needs of youth victims of violence who come to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s emergency room by: Providing treatment to help the victim recover physically and emotionally, and Directing victims to community organizations that might help in their long-term recovery. Project Ujima Information

Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division Access Clinic: 414-257-7665 Monday – Friday, 8 am – 2 pm
Serves uninsured Milwaukee County residents. Provides mental health assessments, medications and therapy referrals. Clients are seen on a first-come, first served basis, and there may be an extended wait time.
